Over the years, the company has developed expertise in the waste recycling industry, where it has perfected and standardized a full range of modular solutions for industrial transportation.

With more than four decades of experience in the field and a production exceeding 100 conveyor belts per year, we are able to offer customized solutions for every transport need in the waste treatment industry, guaranteeing efficiency and reliability for any type of material.

Why choose Parini conveyor belts

Productivity

  • standardized components allow fast deliveries
  • large stock of spare parts always available
  • construction designed for durability (oversized critical components)

Maintenance

  • minimization of maintenance operations (e.g., automatic lubrication by default)
  • components from leading brands of recognized quality
  • constant research & development and collection of feedback from installations to arrive at the belt with zero maintenance

Incoming waste

The types of waste that can be screened with conveyors are:

Plastic
waste

Bottles
and flacons

Paper and
cardboard

Organic
waste

Construction and
demolition waste

RDF

Compost

Industrial
waste

Municipal
waste

models

BRS (Belt Roller Sliding conveyor)

  • Belt with rubber belt sliding on rollers/plate.
  • Widths from 800 to 1,600 mm, in steps of 200 mm. Lengths in modules of 6 m.
  • Wide range of uses and variations.

BRS Lite

  • Also available in a version with motorized drum motor, to zero maintenance and avoid problems (overheating) due to filamentous material winding around the shaft.

BRR (Belt Roller conveyor)

  • Belt with rubber belt running on triad of rollers.
  • Widths from 1,000 to 1,800 mm, in steps of 200 mm.
  • Used mainly for high capacities and bulk materials.

BPR (Belt Plane Roller)

  • Belt with rubber belt running on flat rollers.
  • Widths from 800 to 1,600 mm, in steps of 200 mm.
  • Allows making belts with changes in inclination.
  • Available in “bunker” version with oversized sides, with or without metering reel and automatic doors, for collecting and metering bulk and light materials.

BSS (Belt Sliding conveyor)

  • Belt with rubber belt sliding on sheet metal.
  • Widths from 400 to 1,000 mm, in steps of 200 mm.
  • Economical belt, for low flow rates (e.g., recirculation and bypass belts).

SPD (SPeeD conveyor)

  • Accelerator belt with polyurethane belt sliding on metal plates.
  • Widths 1,050-1,450-2,050-2,850 mm.
  • Singularizer belt for feeding optical separators, speeds up to 4.5 m/s.
  • HOP (HOPper) – SPD accelerator belts can be supplied complete with flight box or “hood” for material and air directioning in systems with pneumatic sorting, can be integrated with optical selectors of the world’s leading brands.

RCC (Rubber Chain Conveyor)

  • Chain belt with rubber belt.
  • Widths from 1,000 to 2,000 mm, in steps of 200 mm.
  • Suitable for conveying and batching bulk material, including small sized materials.
  • Available in “bunker” version with oversized sides, with or without dosing reel and automatic doors, to collect and dose heavy materials.

MCC (Metal Chain Conveyor)

  • Chain conveyor with metal shutters.
  • Widths from 1,400 to 2,200 mm, in steps of 200 mm.
  • Suitable for conveying and batching heavy materials, including pressed bales.
  • Available in “bunker” version with oversized sides, with or without metering reel and automatic doors, for collecting and metering heavy materials.

CRE (Chain REdler conveyor)

  • Belt redler, sliding polyethylene skids on sheet metal bottom.
  • Widths from 800 to 1,600 mm.
  • Suitable for collecting scraps and fine fractions from other machines.

CRW (Chain Redler Water conveyor)

  • Ring chain belt, sliding polyethylene skids on sheet metal bottom, also for water immersion.
  • Widths from 800 to 1,600 mm, in steps of 200 mm.
  • Used to collect and drip material that settles and sinks in a volume of water.

Equipment and configurations

The variations and customizations of waste conveyor belts are almost endless.
Basic features always include:

  • automatic greasing
  • safety sensors
  • finishing with hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating
  • commercial components from the best brands
  • connecting hoppers

Summarizing all the possible variations we are able to make is not possible. Therefore, we can design together the conveyor belt that best meets your needs.
