Each structure is carefully designed considering the specific needs of the plant and the characteristics of the layout, ensuring maximum efficiency and functionality in the specific operating context.
The cabins are divided into two macro categories:
Cabins for operator protection
These cabins are designed to create an optimal working environment for manual waste selection workers, completely isolating them from the rest of the selection lines.
They guarantee:
- A quiet and comfortable environment thanks to acoustic insulation
- High natural light through large windows specifically designed
- Air treatment systems with recirculation or conditioning options
- Lighting designed to guarantee the correct lumens needed for waste picking activities
- For small dimensions, possibility of construction with a self-supporting structure, eliminating the need for internal carpentry to support the sound-absorbing panels
Noisy machine isolation cabins
Specifically designed to encapsulate particularly noisy machinery such as mills or shredders, these cabins are designed to effectively reduce noise emissions towards the rest of the waste sorting line.
Main features:
- Custom design based on the specific machine to be isolated
- Large doors sized to allow access to forklifts during maintenance operations
- Stale air recirculation system
- Internal lighting
- Provision of specific openings for the passage of cables and pipes
- Load-bearing structure made of hot-dip galvanized carpentry to support the panels
- Each cabin is carefully designed considering the specific needs of the system and the characteristics of the layout, ensuring maximum efficiency and functionality in the specific operating context.
